Our St. Charles friends and neighbors, Judy and Dennis, arrived on Feb 28. Bob and Dennis golfed 12 times starting Sunday, March 1 (The Classic Course) through Thursday, March 12 (a repeat of the Classic Course AND The Citrus)!!! Other courses they golfed included Mission Hills (twice), Silver Rock, Desert Willow (twice), Indian Ridge CC, Trilogy (twice) and La Quinta Resort Mountain. Their favorites were probably Indian Ridge and The Citrus. Most importantly, given the ages of these two golf fanatics, they both survived without injury!We went out to eat with them several times while they were here and we invited them over to "our house" for dinner one night AND DENNIS COOKED FOR US!!! He is a wonderful cook. We provided guacomole and margaritas and Dennis made a terrific grilled pork roast and asparagus. It was delicious!

As you can see in the second picture, it is a "sunken bar" since the bartender needs to descend two steps to get behind the bar and stay low enough so not to block the view of the mountains for those sitting at the bar!
